• Assessments: We meet with you and/or your loved one in person (now virtually) to assess your particular physical, social, financial, and other needs. With this information, we recommend three to four places we believe might be most suitable to you and your family.
  • Tours: We arrange tours with the communities we recommend, and are happy to accompany you, or arrange for you to go on your own according to your personal preference. – Normally, we suggest enjoying lunch at one or two places so you can get a feel for the environment and taste the delicious food offered. – As social distancing requirements are lifted, this, along with in person tours will once again be an option. For now, virtual tours are an excellent way to see what our communities have to offer.
  • Coordination of Medical Documentation: Once you have selected the community of your choice, we coordinate all medical paperwork required in order to be admitted to your new community.
  • Mediation Services: Making decisions for the care of a loved one can be an extremely challenging process that often leads to high levels of conflict among family members. In such situations, mediation can be a tremendous help. After making certain there are no conflicts of interest, Jennie works to support constructive and peaceful communication, so that families may arrive at mutually satisfactory resolutions that work for everyone.
  • Referrals for Other Services: We have a network of exceptional In-Home Care Agencies, Elder Law Attorneys, Estate Planners, Fiduciaries, Veteran’s Assistance Providers, Real Estate Agents, Moving Companies, and more.
